When I went into the tui shop in Chesterfield I was kindly greeted by Kate who took the time to sit down with me and look at some different holiday options. Even made me a cup of tea! Couldn't have wished for better service, absolutely excellent.

Came into the tui shop in Chesterfield for some general holiday ideas as I didn't have a clue what I was looking for but spoke to Kate and she gave me exceptional service with her knowledge and expertise on different destinations and gave me a better idea of what I was looking for!

We visited TUI Chesterfield on a Sunday afternoon to book our honeymoon. We had some ideas of location when we went in. We were greeted by lovely staff who offered us drinks throughout. Declan looked after us brilliantly. He was friendly, had great knowledge and overall made our experience even more special.I cannot thank Declan enough for all of his help. We walked out having booked our honeymoon and all paper work was printed off and provided.

Visited the shop twice this year, and on both occasions Lyndsay and Becky have been extremely professional and showed exceptional customer service, along with the wider team who were on hand to support and make the experience stress free.Today when we first walked in, all the staff were dealing with other customers, we were offered a seat (which they got out for us and made us a waiting area of our own) little touches that make a big difference!We would definitely recognise this store to others and look forward to visiting again.Customer service at it's finest!!!
