My 2nd time visiting kia at chesterfield, I am so thankful for the team helping me out when I called in a bit of an emergency with my car, they couldn't have been more helpful. Great service, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Me and my little one was taken to the waiting area and was given complimentary drinks and somewhere warm to sit and wait. Any car repairs or advice needed I'd fully reccomend. Thanks again

Dropped an elderly neighbour off to have some work done on their car. I'm glad it wasn't me. Someone tell them a bit of courtesy or even a smile would go a long way!!! A grunt (from one man) or being completely ignored (by a second) when asking for help is unacceptable. Parking round there is a nightmare. No information to say where to go.I always quite liked the neighbours car but I will never buy a Kia knowing I'd have to go there for services!

Bought a car sold as one owner, turns out there were 3 previous.It made a whining noise at 50mph, which the service guy told me was "normal for cars to make noise from the drivetrain", despite him saying he couldn't hear it.First service had been late by one of the previous owners, which may have affected warranty. Asked for a call back to discuss this, never contacted by the garage. Shame really, as it was a nice looking car.

Contacted service over a brake problem I was given a date and a fixed price of approx £56 . Took the motor to garage where they stripped cleaned and lubricated the assembly and tested,it fixed the problem of sharp grabbing brake at slow speeds 10 to 20 I'm very pleased.
