Went in to store ..saw assistant lee who was very helpful...i wanted a twyford toilet seat that they did'nt normally stock ...he looked on computer & ordered me the correct one & phoned me when it arrived ...good service from start to finish

Up from London and it was a pleasure to visit this yard.Great staff very helpful all round.If you're not a trades person and want to miss the busy periods then I'd suggest late morning and late afternoon.You can get a bit more time for advice if you're not sure on purchasing the correct items for that home improvement
