Big tk maxx lots of items for everyone?s needs not ever packed so you can have a good look round in your own time. Staff are good young and helpful. They do home furnishings and bedding to clothing including designer brands. Definitely worth a look if you are in the neighbourhood. Loads of parking outside so easy access.

I visited this store today. And I gave this store a 5 star during that time in the store. I inquired from the young lady on the fitting room area. To explain pricing on the Halloween items. Which I was very impressed of the ladies informative reply to my questions. She gave my an high customer service on all aspects of the conversation between myself and I now know her name to be Lauren.
I myself have worked in the fashion retail industry for many years from shop floor to Management level.
And I am very grateful to find that the store representatives , staff ie lady in question to be very welcome. Not only for the Chesterfield store it's self. But for the T.K.maxx brand.

Large TK-Maxx store, lots of stock and usually quite quiet - makes for a nicer browsing experience. Found some really lovely New Balance windbreakers recently. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have just collected an order placed online ( I chose to Click&Collect) @ TK Maxx (Chesterfield store), I found the item I wanted very easy on their website (a medium size suitcase).
I was kept informed (by email) how my order was progressing & when it would be ready for collection.
After receiving an email to say my order was ready for collection I went to the store to collect.
In store I went to the checkout and had to produce 2 x forms of ID (one being the collection QR code). After ID confirmation.
I then received my order, the staff at the checkout was very friendly, another member of staff (Tracey) kindly got a shopping trolley for me to put the suitcase in, she then assisted me to my car with my order, which was appreciated and was a great help?All in all a great shopping experience?
