Friendly service which I have used a number of times for keys, passport photos and dry cleaning. I always get the impression that staff are happy and it's a good company to work for too

Have been for several different services eg, watch link removal and engraving, each time the staff have been beyond helpful and provide a great service. Particularly Stefan who could not be more helpful and friendly. Would fully recommend

Rude staff . After pick up two coats which where cleaned and received a call to tell me ready for collection. When got home one coat was uncleaned so partner rang to tell them that they had charged for a uncleaned coat. Told as we didn't check in store that coats had been cleaned it was are fault, not theirs

I've used this Timsons in Sainsbury's for years now. Recently had new soles on my boots and some heels replaced on shoes. The lady (Hayley) who served me was fantastic. She takes great pride in her work and does a great job. Pleasant, polite and friendly, despite being very busy and working on her own. The best employee that I've ever been served by in this shop. Would recommend.

Went in for a passport photo. The lady working there was like a breath of fresh air! Very professional and friendly. If everyone was the same the world would be a happier place! She is absolutely an asset to the store!
