My husband went to Sainsburys Timpsons with a key he needed cutting and was told that they couldn't help as the key was discontinued. The next day he was in Tescos so tried his luck at Timpsons in there and Marcus the man who was working said to leave it with him. He managed to cut it on to a different key, fantastic customer service he went above and beyond

My screen protector on my phone was stuck to the screen and refused to come off. I had tried everything- it looked a mess. I went to Timpsons for advice and the lovely guy who worked there removed it in minutes. So grateful for his help.

Never had anything dry cleaned before and needed my suit doing PDQ for a family event. Called ahead, and they told me the last pickup to meet my timescales was within an hour so nipped over, 5 mins to do the paperwork and check for pre-existing issues. Then a text 2 days later, ready to pick up. Job done and food oil stains removed. Very happy!

Terrible customer service. On Friday I was offered a £5 discount on a watch battery to make the price £13.99When I returned Saturday it was a differant member of staff who was extremely arrogant and when I explained what price I had already been quoted tried saying he didn't have to discount it and didn't want too. Everywhere else is closed so I don't know where else u will get it done. Luckily I did find somewhere else and it was only £5. I have complained but strangely had no response. I also left a review on the website which again strangely hasn't been put up
