Emma assisted me today in setting up a contract for a new iPad , and had exceptional customer service skills and assisted me with all my queries in a friendly and kind manner. She?s a true asset to the three company.

We have been with Three for above 20 years , the only store we use is Chesterfield.
The staff are so helpful, they explain everything so you understand. we tend too deal with Tony! He's friendly, brilliant at his job!
We have in the past waited ,but understand if they are busy you just have too be patient ( some people take a little longer to absorb information more than others!)
If they really busy we take ourselves off for a coffee n nip back when less busy.
Tony and the other staff always apologise if they have kept customers waiting
But to be fair ,there's 2 staff on so if they get a rush, customers have too be patient.
Well guys at chesterfield,we wouldn't go anywhere else...?

Literally one help desk EMPTY
the other 2 dudes took what seemed like days to deal with their clients
We were behind another lady she got bored and went,god knows how long she?d been waiting
We were still waiting another 45 minutes after she left ? when eventually we got our ?slot? took about 20 minutes
The guy that was on the back table with his customer
Why is it relevant to ask if they are renting or own???
Single or married???
I overheard why is that even on the map???
Personal questions for a SIM card/phone???
I?m trying to get a phone not a date or a new house!!!!
Sorry Chesterfield 3 shop far too small,not enough staff
Not disabled friendly keeping people standing about for over an hour and 1 empty customer desk???

Was sold a wrong product and was promised I won?t be charged during cooling off period. That happened to be wrong as I returned the broadband and cancelled the sim and I was still charged. Looks like shop give an information and customer service have another information.

I have been a customer at the Three Store Chesterfield for many years and can honestly say that the service here is always second to none, no matter what I go in for. The Store Manager, Martin creates a brilliant environment for customers and his staff, nothing is ever too much trouble and they all really do care and go the extra mile to get the best deal and provide brilliant support and after sales.

Fantastic service at Three chesterfield this week. I was served by Tony, and after a bad experience in the Derby store, Tony was fab and explained the whole process to me in depth and was lovely to talk to!

I called in having been sent to the Three shop by 02, for a PAYG data sim card. I was served by Martin, who was brilliant with his knowledge, I also bought the 10 gig data sim for my in car tablet for Google maps in Ireland, Everything worked perfectly.

Paul served my daughter with my sister in law present.My daughter had been having issues with Technology and health Paul was very nice thorough and helpful..
