My wife had a problem with one of the wheels on her wheelchair. I called The Mobility One Stop Shop to ask if they could repair it. When I described the problem to them, they told me they knew the cause and, rather than have me make the 50 mile round trip to bring it to them, gave me clear, concise and full instructions... read full comment
