Saturday 20 minutes waiting for drinks.
Paper mugs.
Coffee cold
Toast with frozen butter pat and PLASTIC knife to try to spread it and cut the toast.
Definitely gone down hill.
Will find another cafe

Have gone to this cafe twice now 1st time asked for a bacon sandwich and was told they didn't serve them only on market days. 2nd time arrived at 14:00, and was told they had nothing left in food only buns, the cafe is supposed to be open when the market hall is, my advice avoid this cafe due to pathetic none existent...

Just inside Chesterfield’s iconic Market Hall, the Market Café is a great family friendly place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
Specialising in traditional and modern barista coffees and teas, supplied by local family owned company Arden Coffee.
Also on offer are a range of freshly prepared sandwiches, paninis, salads. fabulous cakes from local suppliers along with a new selection of hot food.
