I've just shopped here and, whilst waiting in the queue to pay, witnessed one of the staff (Kath) show infinite patience to one of the customers who was having trouble finding the right coins to pay for her shopping. Kath's demeanour and tone of voice remained calm and exhuded a willingness to take time to help throughout the encounter, at no time showing any impatience or stress towards the lady. The management should be impressed at her courtesy towards customers...as, indeed, was I. Well done!

Fantastic service. If Ty is not on some kind of manager development programme he needs to be, outstanding customer service.

Local small supermarket stocking wide range of products. Friendly, helpful staff. ATM inside the store. Automated External Defibrillator outside the store.

A great, handy, small supermarket. Being small they don't have as large a range as larger supermarkets, but they're always well stocked. They sell all the usual tinned and packet stuff, chilled foods, a limited range of meat, a good selection of fresh fruit and veg, have a small bakery section, as well as household goods, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. My one criticism would be that they have a very limited range of vegetarian ready-meals.The shop is well laid out, and currently (due to the pandemic) they have a one-way system in operation, hand sanitiser at the entrance, and perspex screens at the tills. At very busy times, due to the limits on how many people can be inside the shop, queuing outside is sometimes necessary, but on the whole it doesn't get very busy. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and there's usually someone on-hand to deal with any queries. The shop's wheelchair accessible (important to me as I'm a wheelchair user), and the staff are always helpful, getting me things off the shelves if I can't reach them, and packing my purchases in my wheelchair bag for me.I can honestly say that I look forward to shopping in the Co-op - the staff will always have a word or two with customers, and if it's quiet, stop to have a quick chat.

Never found it frustratingly busy- the staff are so helpful, quick to assist and professional that a few minutes of waiting doesn't register. For it's smaller size it has decent and fresh stock. The last personal contact at the till always leaves me content and feeling valued as a customer. What more can one want?
