Well I went today to use self service , my app said to change my password, which I did then it said verify with your card , well seeing as I had the app I didn't carry my card ..... best I have ever heard by staff ask someone who is shopping have thay got thier club card to help you , other than that I don't get my discount.... I wonder why I don't shop at tescos... to me this is not professional, walked away more or less nothing she can do.

Good service and choice of products, has it's own car park too. It's also an EVRi parcel shop, which is handy, and there's a free to use ATM too.

Not happy with the customer service! DO NOT TRUST THE CASH MACHINE IT TOOK MY CARD! then I asked them to get it out and apparently they can?t do anything about it! Get a new cash machine if keep taking cards! awful employees! no help! accusing me of having a dodgy card!
