“This one of my favourite shops, They have a great range of varied products. I like the huge choice of garden solar lights, cleaning products and homeware, all @ at a good price.

The staff are always cheerful ? and up for a chat (at the checkout ?) it is a pleasurable place to shop”

“The cafe in a nearby visitor attraction was closed on a hot day and we were in need of refreshment. Realised on Google maps this place was very close so went there and got much needed food and drink.”

“Great local shop. It sells both fresh produce and store cupboard essentials. Beer, wine and spirits and is also a post office. On top of all this the staff are helpful and friendly. What's not to like?”

“Good products at reasonable prices. Quite low on stock (as is the other Chesterfield Lidl and Aldi), but different stock to the other Lidl, so try both! Apparently they fall under different 'regions' so are supplied from different warehouses....”

“A nice little convenience Tesco store, has pretty much everything in it U need but not a massive variety of things. Saying that, I pretty much find everything I need in there.
They do tend to have quite a nice selection of bakery items still available around tea time which is a bonus.
Service is great and plenty of self service tills.
Lots of parking too with an atm outside.”

“I can’t recommend Hiko enough—he’s hands down one of the best! From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel completely welcome with his warm, friendly personality. He genuinely takes the time to listen to what you want, and somehow manages to deliver exactly that every single time. Whether it’s a quick tidy-up or a full restyle, Hiko gets it spot on.

He’s also fantastic with kids—patient, calm, and great at making them feel comfortable in the chair. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the results. You leave the chair looking sharp and feeling great. Thank you Hiko”

“It's very handy and good open hours. Staff are really nice and it's great they have some co op items in there. Just lost a star because there seems to be no value range in there, almost all premium brands and prices, not everyone in Wingerworth is well off.”

Greggs Supermarkets

“Located on ground level within the big tesco store premises. This is only a small Greggs location, with well stocked shelfs even early in the morning & does provide a seating area for anyone wanting to enjoy any delights sitting inside.Cash or card payments are accepted. I must point out the lady staff member serving customers here (with April name badge ,)is fantastic, so welcoming, pleasant and chatty, totally amazing service & appears to be really enjoying her role ,infact she should be a role model for the younger generation. Greggs as a company definitely have a diamond here ,I can't praise her enough. ???”

“Sunday 12th November Someone hit my car and drove off and decided to go to another parking spot in the car park (all whilst I was taking my trolley back) the lovely security guy searched through CCTV for me whilst there from all different angles to piece together the picture and try and get the car reg, and the culprit WALKED PAST US as we were viewing it! Bingo!! I was then able to get her details for my insurance!! Honestly, thank you so much to this man for being patient with me and checking that my 9 year old daughter was ok as she was visibly shaken up as she was in the car whilst I took the trolley back. Thank you so much!!!”

“Now that the station has E5 it's my regular fuel stop as well as the fact the store also stocks some excellent IPA's. The staff are always polite and helpful, with respect I'm baffled that people actually have a negative experience.”

“Co-op quality with offers too. Best fresh baked bread and cobs for miles around. Real french tasting baguettes and crusty too. Fuel price compares well with other garages and it's decent quality.”

“Unleaded, diesel and Momentum 99 super-unleaded available. Pay at pump.Clubcard scanners often faulty but can be overcome by using full size card.Often busy at peak times and exiting station safely difficult due to obstructed via of road.Car wash often out of order.”

“This Tescos is always busy with lots of local customers. It’s a big supermarket not the biggest. The best part is huge amount of parking so that’s never going to be an issue.

Does everything you would expect plus fashion, cash points, shoes, pharmacy, cafe area which is usually busy as well. It’s next door to poundland and pets at home.

Never personally had any issues when using the supermarket staff seem friendly enough and lots of them.”
