Don?t go at lunchtime! ?Popped? in the services to grab a sandwich. Decided on Subway. Only one lady in front of me but, took 22 minutes to get my order. They are clearly bombarded by online orders and me stood there was clearly an inconvenience to them.

Order for delivery took over an hour everything was cold as driver had no hot bag.... went opposite direction before coming to us.. order large waffle chips got 4 in the bag for £3.99 order meatballs with no cheese... came with cheese.... utterly disappointed never again!!!!! Phone number doesn't work to make a complaint!!!!

Need to sort out your Deliveroo, just eat and Uber eats in the past week I?ve checked a few different days and also different times and it won?t let you select any bread so can?t place an order, I managed to place an order on Monday at around 5pm but after 20 minutes it was cancelled, very disappointing

I had a bit of a tricky order this evening, I was served by Georgia who went above and beyond completing my requests. She didn?t make me feel I was being awkward and understood my dietary needs. Met a young lady called sophie is a brilliant lady, excellent customer service, super nice , super friendly and respectful. Always happy to serve with masive smile. She makes me and my kids days everytime i come around to buy.

Ordered via deliveroo, everything was as expected with the food. Unfortunately, the seal on my bag was broken and two items were missing. I attempted to call the store to see if this was an error on their part, or the delivery driver had tampered with the delivery. However, the phone number provided on Google and on their website says the phone number is incorrect which understandably needs looking at. I understand the store can?t do anything in regards to app orders but if delivery drivers are taking food, the store needs to be aware and the customer can also raise a concern with delivery provider.

I had a worker called Sophie on Saturday 1st of June at around 8:40, she came in huffing and puffing, asked what we wanted, didn't smile once, very rude, shaking her head at my mother, dirty looking me and my mum. we don't have subway much so we was quite clueless of everything, she was very stubborn with us and very rude with her attitude. after she finished making out food, she thrown them down on the counter and said there you go, with no bag, no nothing and walked into the back. so rude, so disrespectful, and so unprofessional

Where is the service with a smile? Absolute miserable person serving. Very little filling compared to other locations. For what I received, the sub was a complete rip off. Will not be going again.

I ordered a gluten free sub, which took a long time to get the order completed. The sandwich was ok.Whilst I was waiting however, I watched the server cut a foot long sub and as she was cutting the breadcrumbs went everywhere..into the fillings in front of her. She did the next sub exactly the same. All the breadcrumbs bouncing around the cheese, chicken etc. I think at that point I was glad not to have ordered the ingredients at the front. But it leads to a more important point about cross contamination. I am not ordering/ eating this over priced gluten free sub for a joke, I am eating it because wheat/ gluten etc. makes me ill. I don't want the risk of being ill for the next month because you cross contaminated my food.Please think about putting shields between the cutting surfaces and the sandwich ingredients, you never know it might save someone's life.

The service here is awful, the attitude of the lad working here is terrible, should take his AirPods from his ears whilst serving staff.The wait time is unacceptable also!

Our office placed a group order for 4 people. Firstly when ordering they were out of the sauces we originally wanted but, not a problem, these things happen.We got the food back to the office and saw that:- We were charged for 9 hash browns but received 6.- The 6 hash browns we did receive & the chicken bites tasted disgusting (change your oil)- No sauce was supplied with the hash browns or chicken bites as advertised.- We were charged for 'extra turkey' on a salad but no turkey was asked for or supplied.- We were charged extra cheese on a footlong but no additional cheese was asked for or supplied.- 1 of the sandwiches was over toasted to the point it tasted stale.Safe to say most of the food we bought went straight in the bin. We will not be using this subway again. Go to Greggs next door, its a lot cheaper, the food is always good & no fear of being scammed!
