Don?t waste your money here. Went to have a saver sub meal deal with my partner and was appalled by the state of the sandwich I ordered and the hygiene practices. There was hardly any filling on the sub and it was messily prepared by one of the staff who was less than customer friendly. All I could taste was bread. A tray that was already dirty was banged on the counter to remove the crumbs and then used to serve our food. I didn?t even want to pay for it. The majority of the drinks on the self serve were unavailable and the machine looked dirty and unkept. Won?t be stepping foot in there again.

Excruciating customer service by a disgusted server which was clear she did not want to be there, struggled to even answer my questions and even had to tell her how to do her job asked me if i want cold hash browns because she did not wanted to bother heating them,
Told her what salat i want, she assured me she will at last and forgot to include it...
Also took a knife to the footlong to cut in half and she cut only half way through the middle, we had to rip it afterwards,
Last but not least she started touching my phone multiple times while trying to scan the new subway app qr code, telling me to add it to google wallet as theyir sysytem won't scan the qr in the subway app... not sure if this an actual issue or what but this is a dumb issue to have and she had the wrong approach to the whole situation.
Are these people even trained in customer service?
There is another branch nearby, do yourself a favour and go there instead of here.

I ordered a footlong sub and disappointingly the bread was noticeably old and stale. It was so stale in fact that actually eating it was a bit of an adventure. As soon as you took a bite of the thing it basically disintegrated into a thousand crumbs.
Note to owner: There are many ways to control costs, but don't compromise the quality of your product in doing so.

I tried to pay for something with points from my loyalty card, gentleman behind the till (his name badge confirmed he is the owner) did some horrendous play acting ?Oh no surely not? and told me the online points system was down and I would have to pay for the item instead. I asked for a receipt after purchase and it shows the points I gained from the purchase have been added to my card without an issue. Presumably this means the owner lied so he would be able to charge me for the item instead of it being free. Looking at the other reviews I?m not the only person he has pulled this trick with. I was also charged 30p for a bag despite not needing one (he has done this to me a few times and I?ve dismissed it). I?ve been coming here on and off for years, Im fairly easy going in general and don?t think I?ve ever left a bad review for anything. It?s not a large amount of money but shameless lies like this show you the measure of the man. If he treats a regular customer like this, how will he treat you? I won?t be returning.

Delivered wrong drink, barley any sauce in the pot, garlic bread slice hard enough to knock someone out with it, can?t even bite into it, and sandwich is cold and looks like it?s been thrown into a box.

Handy place for a bit when in a rush; (so long as thers no Chesi ques) ?Hospitality 4.5 the manager a their team are always happy to help with all needs. (Sandwidge maker mistaked part of my order when I said 2 garlic a 1 magaretta snack, a swapped for 1 garlic, a 2 marg.Food 3.5/5 in subway, I always have side snacks. With this place however; looking at the margaretta image slice on the menu, I'm nor getting my full value for money for margaretta. (Plus I can taste too much of the bread)+ other reasons though I'm too confused on to honestly share. ????Layout: 4.5/5 Great location on this side of Chesterfield. Has all the functions, a size for a good sub branch.Bathroom in good enough shape.Note that it has what feels like the world coldest hand dryer.(At least it's great for summer, a cooling piper hot cocos)?Also, the taps could do with a warning on how quickly the warm one gets going.

Just had a sandwich minutes ago from here. Had a 6 inch Baller. He asked me what salad I want which isn't a bad thing, but it's wrong because the new sandwiches come with a set salad. Next, I wanted to use my points and was told I can't because apparently the system was down even though my card still scanned and I received points for my purchase. And the guy who served me didn't even have a subway uniform on, just had t-shirt and jeans on. Overall terrible service and awful food. As someone who works at subway, that's not how it's done!
