All in all a good experience, from test drive to purchase of my car.Matt looked after us very well, making us feel at ease and comfortable. My small issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Love my new car. Would definitely buy from here again.

Awful experience, miss advised from start to finish. Currently £2000 down and the problems weren?t even fixed after spending that amount of money. Had to then take the car back. Made a complaint but no one ever gets back to you.

My personal experience with this Bmw is negative. They take the car, do nothing and don't give it back until the evening. And don't ask me how I know, because I have the app and I can see where the car is parked, when it is being driven and when the doors are open.They have looked for half an hour and then have to wait until the evening, when there is a traffic jam, to pick it up. Also the people who work there are rude. The woman who served them had terrible manners. If you have the option, you'd be better off with Nottingham Bmw dealership. My experience there is German. The people are polite and pleasant.

My car was recalled for 2 seperate issues. Both carried out on the same day. Collected the car now it's loosing water & overheating.First tried to claim only one recall was carried out, then made out they only went in the glove box.I will be taking it further & you will be footing the bill.Avoid this place like the plague, there is a reason I stick to small independent garages than these con artist!!

Had a great experience at Stratstone Chesterfield. Could not recommend Jack enough. We had a few issues along the way but Jack went above and beyond in his customer service! If he ever decides to like Trains I?d employee him in a heartbeat ! Total asset to the business and he will go places!!! He was just outstanding all round ! I now love my warm 1 series ! My advice would be to look elsewhere for a main dealer to go with I will be doing that from now on. I would say if you a buying a new car then I have never had an issue with them and find them to be very good.However stay well clear for servicing and bodyshop work. I had to take a family members car in for a simple job of getting the electric charging flap repaired and just to highlight some of the issues.The part was not ordered even though I had booked the job in two weeks previousSo many communication errors with each department blaming the otherThe car took two more days longer than expected and we were told the car was ready on the second day however after arranged a ride to go get the car we were then took it was not done. This meant I had to get a hire car so we could get around over the weekend.Theres was and has not been any apologies at all thought the process and after that part of the work that needed doing was not even completed.Again if you want to buy a new car the sales team are great but until something changes down there I think you would get better service at vauxhall and thats saying something I will be going elsewhere for the services and my BMW's that for sure

Very disappointed with Stratstone BMW , Chesterfield . Booked in 69 plate , 4 series with 11.5k miles for full service (£690) no repairs required and no one noticed amber warning light on dashboard . Rebooked for diagnostics which found a battery needed replacing in antenna . This however required removing roof lining to access. I do think £470 to replace a small battery for a non essential service in the car is a little steep even for a premium brand . Overall poor attention to detail, poor design to make battery inaccessible ,and poor communication all lead to a disappointing and disheartening experience. In addition I mentioned I am replacing the car soon which was followed up initially ,but not pursued further after an arrangement had been made . The staff were all pleasant enough individually but the overall experience was not conducive enough to warrant the pricing structure and in view of this it looks like being my last BMW despite the superb 3 litre , 6 cylinder engine, in the 440i!!

I'm not a person that usually leaves reviews good or Bad, but the service I received was excellent, I delt with Matthew & Sam and both of them couldn't of been anymore helpful and professional, there was no pressurised selling they just wanted to help.Thank you very much.

Bought an X1 from this store. Amazing service from start to finish.. Have been looking forward to this car for a long time and the team at Chesterfield did a good job in sorting out this car . There was a minor fault when I took the car out of the showroom which the team repaired immediately.. They were quick and efficient.A huge thanks to the sales team including the kind reception lady on the front and the hardworking mechanical engineers who were working tirelessly on the other side of the glass window. Overall - would recommend this BMW showroom for your first car.
