Absolutely brilliant service from Dan the man and Jack both really looked after me and got me back on the road despite my previous situation. Couldn?t ask for anything more and nothing negative at all just how I expect customer service, they went the extra mile and made sure enough fuel to get me home too.My previous experience with having a Ford was terrible and these guys are completely another level.Really happy with the car 10/10Will be considering to come back here again in the future when we have more pennies saved up!Keep up the ?Batman & Robin? work (Dan & Jack) !!!Thank you again (:

Booked my 2013 Honda Civic in for a repair ? Jason called me the night before to ask if there was any likelihood that I?d be interested in a newer model, and whether I?d be open to having a chat about it while the Service team look at my car.I was very upfront and said I wasn?t really looking, but I was more than happy to have a chat, nut I wasn?t a fan of the MK10 and 11 models, so wouldn?t want anything newer than 2017. Jason was so genuinely lovely and polite during the call, told me he would see what he could find and then asked me what I wanted to drink when I arrived in the morning!I drop my car off with the Service team and sit down with Jason, and he?s got this gorgeous white 2017 MK9 Civic up on his screen. We haven?t even started chatting yet and already I?m a little bit in love ? it was exactly the same spec as my current vehicle, just newer and with half the mileage. I?d always thought I didn?t want a white car, but this little beast had the most beautiful black alloys which made all the difference. Jason goes through the specs with me to make sure it?s right, and I?m now quietly battling with the idea of irresponsibly buying a new car on a whim. He goes to check the situation with the Service team, and turns out my current car is in a much worse state than we?d thought.Prior to this, I?d had a Fiesta through a dealership, made sure I had it serviced every year and took really good care of it, so when it died, I ended up buying my Civic in 2022 in an emergency from a local dealer, and it wasn?t in the best of condition, but I really needed a car and I?ve always wanted a Civic, so I just went with it. I had no idea what state it was in, and it had done nothing but cause me anxiety the entire time I?d had it, so for Jason to come back and explain what kind of state it was actually in, it was really a blessing in disguise. Honestly as well, for the condition my car was in, I got a really fair deal on trade in, so that was amazing.I have two dogs so I had the Ford equivalent of the upholstery protection on my Fiesta, and I REALLY missed it when I bought the 2013 Civic, so the Diamondbrite upgrade was a no brainer (Jason gives an incredibly awesome explanation as to how this works), as was the extended warranty. He calls me literally the next day to tell me that it?s been delivered, and it is SEXY. He?s just as excited as I am, and I arrange to go view it properly on Saturday and take it for a drive, and I?m even more in love. I finally got to pick it up yesterday, and I couldn?t be happier. It?s everything I want in a Civic. Jason was such a joy to work with, and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn?t want. He listened to what I wanted and did a brilliant job of explaining the available add-ons. I genuinely could not be happier, so thank you, Jason!Also, huge thank you to Holly for sorting out my service plan! The entire team at Chesterfield are so lovely, and they made everything so easy for me, so thank you so much!

After Honda Chesterfield diagnosed a serious issue with the braking system on my Honda CRV Jordan Shawcroft from the Services Department went above and beyond to help me reach a satisfying conclusion with Honda, she put a lot of time and effort in on my behalf and kept me constantly updated on the situation, customer service does not seem to be a priority these days but on this occasion I can only say Jordan was excellent and no amount of thanks could show my appreciation.

This is a used ? It is a Honda Civic 1Litre V tech turbo from stoneacre Chesterfield. We were treated very well it was a very relaxed atmosphere? Very hospitable. We were looked after by Dan Rose who is was very professional we haven?t used stoneacre before. We would highly recommend this young man in the future

My nephew recommended Stoneacre Honda Chesterfield to me. He'd used them for several years and he said how good they were and so I decided to pay them a visit as we were looking to replace our car. I must say that he didn't oversell Stoneacre, the whole process of selecting and then buying a car has been great, in no small measure down to the friendly professionalism of Dan Rose in the Sales department. Non-pushy and very knowledgable, my wife and I never felt under any pressure and in the end we were delighted with both the service and our new car purchase. I couldn't recommend them more.

After sales and servicing is terrible at this dealership, mentioned that there is an issue with the car and showed them the issue while there and provided video evidence of the issue, to which they are still saying that they can't replicate.I even told them what the source of the issue is but they still can't find it.Also, they didn't send me any information about the Honda approved used warranty and now they are saying it doesn't cover something which I would have expected to be covered and would never have bought the car if I'd have known.

I have had several cars from Stoneacre and found my needs had changed so came to Katie to help me find a new car. She worked with me to find a car that suited all my needs within my budget (and in my favourite colour)! Katie kept me up to date with everything that was happening also.
