I had a problem with flashing in my eyes, I was so worried, my own Optician could not fit me in and said to call Specsavers, who saw me within two hours, gave me various tests, scan, talked everything through to me, put me at ease, made me feel cared for and listened to - I had had my first ever Visual Migraine! As they acted so promptly and with such care and knowledge, I will be returning for my eye check ups to Specsavers going forward - they were Amazing, thank you. This was the Chesterfield branch and a big thank you to Sam and Rachel.

Both my husband and myself had an eye examination at your Chesterfield branch. The service we both received, from different optometrists, was exceptional, with both being professional and emphatic. Each optometrist was very forthcoming with additional information to support their findings, and neither were 'pushy' in any way for us to buy add-ons. All other members of the Specsavers team were friendly and professional and took their time to go over and above to make our eye test experience the best possible. Thank you for a 10 out of 10 service.

Specsavers Chesterfield was shocking, an hour before being seen 45 mins late seeing us from appt time and we were 10 mins early. broken machines, no greeting from staff on arrival, cost extra in parking fees, missed my own next appt elsewhere. Staff rushing around like crazy people walking in front of you before being booked in. No communication around appt being delayed. No facilities for dyslexic people just black writing on bright white screens with no concerns to that either. Wont be going back that's for sure.

I went into Chesterfield branch of specsavers and I was worried about the change in my left eye since the beginning of the year and now have been referred to hospital for lazer surgery on it as it is the only thing they can do now.
