I needed to replace carpet with laminate in my hallway, and carpet in the living room. From when I first contacted Jane and Nick to when the job was finished, I had a brilliant experience. Polite, caring and attentive, they listened, talked me through my options knowing I have dogs, and took great care while in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for reasonable prices and a top notch serviceThanks guys.

Had our carpets from this company, there was so much choice. They were so helpful when explaining the types of carpets they stock and what would work best with the pets. Super friendly staff and had no problems with the service. Would 100% get a flooring from them again

I have just recently moved into a new property and had my whole house carpeted by scenic flooring. Recently had Karndean flooring and I?m absolutely in love. The service was of high standard. Definitely considering going with this company for my carpets too. They are very on the ball with understanding what the customer wants. I would highly recommend.

Phoned up and got a quote over the phone for supply only Karndean flooring, initially quoted £2430 for the type I wanted, after calling around other suppliers in the area this was slightly cheaper (but not by much) so called back to double check the quoted price to avoid any doubt or misunderstanding etc, before progressing with a measuring service appointment to get a fitting cost too. After this had all happened we then had to chase for the quote for a week and then were quoted £4500 for the supply side and nearly £6000 with a one day install! Wasted an entire week for no need, and will now struggle to find an alternate fitter in the timeframe after letting several other competitive quotes down at the time. Phoned up and spoke with Jane, no apology just told the person quoting over the phone shouldn't have done so and had I asked for the right product in a smarmy way. Seems as I spoke to fifteen local companies and asked them all to quote for the exact same item, I'm 100% sure! Ended up putting the phone down on me, very unprofessional wouldn't recommend, so many better alternatives locally! Avoid this company and look elsewhere. **Notice all of the false five star reviews added after this review for "five star" service, as to try and avoid any criticism. Also took down all their facebook reviews too, what a joke of a company!**

It has a good selection of carpets and karndean flooring. They have a good fitting service also.

Initial contact excellent, good range and knowledge. Spoilt by shoddy service when it came to delivery of product. Phone calls promised on 2 separate occasions, still waiting. Turns out they forgot to order the carpet for the day that was promised. We finished up trying to fit the carpet at the same time as our new furniture was being delivered. Still no contact from the person who made all the promises. Obviously she doesn't care.
