Had a problem with a mobile banking transaction. Telephone banking were slow & useless. All was sorted out in branch by Stevie Jones who I can't praise enough. Friendly, efficient & a total credit to Chesterfield Santander. She needs promoting!

Very disappointed with this bank especially this branch absolutely useless been there 2 days they couldn?t sort out my issue they just not bothered and keep you there hours I?m new customer but I?m going to close down this bank today

Whilst I am very happy with their normal service, having been the victim of a very professional scam on my accounts today and in order to report this to prevent any damage or losses, I rang their ?24 hour?fraud service three times at 19.00 to have the phone put down on me each time. To protect myself I have contacted Action Fraud and will attempt to ring bank tomorrow and have a long wait as usual. Their chat doesn?t understand anything.

Very unprofessional lady working thereWe are 2021I was aspects qualified personI was been there for a proff of I'dI suppose to bring in bankI was showing the ref number that they could find me very fast information that they need to know way I'm there but nothing..The 3 lady's that are working there watching just my phone and didn't get solve any problemsPlease SANTANDERMAKE SURE THAT YOU ASSUME PEOPLE THAT ALMOST ARE HAVING A GOOD SKILLS?????NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLBEST BANKING POSSIBLE LOYDS BANKING

Although the staff are very polite ..I was made to feel like a fox in a hen hut after being given a face to face appointment by the call centre.I totally understand banking criteria however i was given a Janet and John lesson in bank loans ..I'm 54 !!Completely computerised not a shred of human / individual understanding nor any intention to listen to or understand my request ..simply no...no...no ..It was even suggested that I visit other banks to see if they could help ..I suggest SANTANDER stops paying for Ant and Dec and puts their staff on a basic customer service course ...or even just explains people are all individuals and your customers are exactly that ..your customers .Sometimes it's possible to think outside the box and put people at the heart of what you do as an organisation..treat people as if they are valued and welcomed that they as customers are important to you..not just a tick or cross in a box.

I think this one has closed now, but there is another next door (yeah right next door) and another around the corner about 100 yards away (eh?!).
Prefer the remote branches, ones in the major towns are a bit impersonal and unfriendly.
