Never been to this branch before. Used phone for smart shop but internet didnt work at the back of the shop! Had to purchase everything through shop and bag instead - that did work!

Good choice of items, the fresh items are good quality, clean and clear aisles with plenty of space.
The toilets are in need of renovation and modernisation, with handsfree sinks/taps and exit door fitting.

Costa coffee machine as been out of order for about a month. And it's a new machine at that. When you only drink hot drinks then you can't even get a meal deal.

Sainsburys chesterfield. Totally lacklustre store. Staff self absorbed in doing a task, no engaging with customers, a good morning etc. Zilch. It was like stepping back in time. Very dated displays. All plants for sale outside the store were dead!!! And still for sale. This branch needs an overhall, smartish.
Only 1 till open, 8 customers with trollies,in a queue. Eventually 1 other till opened. One customers frozen foods, she claimed were thawing out fast.
We will not be using Sansburys again and certainly would Not reccommend this store.
