Stayed here for 2 nights 6th to 8th October. Received a warm, friendly welcome from the lady receptionist who efficiently checked me in and showed me to a nice room with lovely country views with sheep in the fields at the back of the building. The room was clean, warm, quiet and well presented. Tea and coffee supplies etc were plentifull.
Outstanding value for money.
Also booked the meal deal which was superb at the Highwayman Beefeater Restaurant next door.
Parking was excellent.
I would definately recomend and return.

Lovely little Premier Inn in a beautiful location! Perfectly comfy with a decent brekkie in the morning. Big shout-out to Robert on reception too who was super helpful with letting me check-in early so I could get ready for a wedding.

Premier Inn, Premier Service.
We stayed at the Chesterfield West Premier Inn from 1st to 3rd of August, where the staff were doing their best under difficult conditions: broken air-conditioning in a heatwave! We were grateful that we had been informed about this issue before booking, and the tema thoughtfully provided a fan, ice, bottled water and a sheet to sleep under instead of a duvet.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked.
All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, but particularly the young lady who checked us in on Thurs 1st August and Phil on reception who very kindly helped me out with an issue in the early hours of Sat 3rd of August. Also Robert the manager and the cleaning staff.
We were staying for a wedding at the nearby Fox & Goose pub and would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to other people doing the same.
Plus look at the views!

Good premier inn, clean, food good, the only complaint I have is unsupervised children at the breakfast buffet, fingers in the food bowls, and one child probably 6 or 7 years old feeding himself with the serving spoon for the mixed berries, not his fault i know but it turned me off the buffet, parents oblivious and staff busy elsewhere.

Fab location for countryside walking or just shopping in Chesterfield
From check in to check out the service was exceptional and we were made to feel most welcome (made a refreshing change from other hotels we've stayed in)

Very friendly approachable staff. Good service in beefeater restaurant next door. Breakfast excellent lots of local ingredients . We came here for a family history search in chesterfield and Bakewell and tideswell. Ideally situated for the search. Premier Inn have never disappointed us a great night's sleep as usual. Everything we needed on tap. Would highly recommend. Julie on reception a mind fil of information and very caring attitude what a great asset in this day and age for a hotel. Brilliant!!!
