“Very polite and helpful there was a seat and tabl for me to sit and sort my mail out ,,,,but I am disabled and there's to large steps to get in which I found difficult to manage while holing heavy doorThere is a chemist connected to it which has same entry problems for disabled or elderly and door is very heavy,,,big steps and no handrail plus the parking for post office and chemist is taken up by staff cars and can be very difficult to park up so you even struggle to get a space on the road which is thin and hard work to get out of car when trying to exit your car”
“Great post office, I've had to use many different ones over the years and this BY FAR is the best one to date,well stocked,great opening hours and if you need sennit they've not got he'll go out his way to try and help to get an item. All the staff are friendly and courteous and go that extra mile for you,patient and polite,the only downside I'd say is that the Post office itself could do with a different layout so that more customers can use the premises,still though 5stars from me 👩â€ðŸ”§ðŸ‘”
“I've found the staff here all always friendly and very helpful. They've helped me sort my Passport and driving license out and made it much easier than doing it myself online. Good helpful advise on posting, travel cards and travel insurance, they seem to be very knowledgeable and have had good answers to all of my many questions over the years. Great chaps, keep up the good work!”

“I had a problem with a parcel, they did everything they could to sort it out.But was unable, I contacted the sender, she contacted the post office and my parcel was delivered quickly.We all did our bit for my parcel to arrive.Thank you”

“Lovely little post office and general store, tucked away off the main roads with ample parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to place for posting. Although the other post offices in Chesterfield are very good, parking and accessibility can be an issue.”

“Very helpful staff!! I didn't have a box to send off my item so I asked if they sell any they said they didn't but he went into the back grabbed me one, put in bags of air and sealed it for me! Amazing! Thank you very much”

“I'd recommend going to the post office for either your first or your renewal of a passport, i chosen this one because it's my nearest. I was helped by a very lovely lady who did everything for me all i did was sign she even took my photograph and posted off my old passport for me, i received my renewal passport in 11 days from my application to my letterbox the old one came back about a week later ( this was in the first week of January 2023 when i applied)it's worth spending the few pound extra for a service second to none knowing that your going to receive it back without any problems.”
