Generally the experiences was very good but what totally let it down was charging us £80 for seven tablets that you can buy from a chemist, a box of 10 tablets for less than a tenner. Total rip off - why can't the vet mention this? Vets are ridiculously expensive now so any help would be appreciated.

Good pet shop with a good availability of stock and using the membership card means it becomes inexpensive also have vets and groomers in store

Only ever seem to stock the more expensive versions of things. Everything in here is grossly expensive and overpriced anyway - though that?s the company in general. Manager once followed me around the shop radioing her colleagues about me because I had the audacity to have a reusable backpack with me instead of buying a plastic bag. Yea you have to deal with stealing, no you shouldn?t make me feel like a criminal because you profiled me. ?We have a backpack? on the little headset. I go elsewhere now.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
They sell a selection of small pets including rabbits, hamster, and Guinea Pigs etc. as well as a selection of fish, reptiles, and other exotic animals. With a few ideas selection of various foods, toys, and accessories.
They don?t specialise in anything but do try to keep their staff trained in a variety of animals, meaning they won?t sell you something unless member of staff are trained to sell that particular species.
