Great customer service! I was asking for gastrointestinal cat food not normally found in store. They advised looking online but I was also given an alternate which my cat has taken to so I will continue with the product.
I had also purchased a dog bed the same day at the Chesterfield store that I wanted to exchange. It was no problem even when I couldn't find the receipt.
I'm very happy and a regular customer.

It?s good to have a pet supplies shop nearby and I call in occasionally for food, treats and litter for our cat. I find the prices and availability can vary somewhat and this is the reason I don?t visit very often. However, the staff are helpful, enjoy their jobs and appreciate your custom. Always worth a visit to look at the gerbils and hamsters!
