Ordered tablets for husband he has 23 items on his prescription. He was waiting for pain killers which had been ordered a week ago .phoned and was told they were out for delivery after waiting all day my son called in and they were still on shelf in chemist .not good enough

The pharmacist was lovely helpful, I was annoyed with one of the assistants who served me, she brought me my prescription and said your on universal credit aren't you!!!!! Talk about stereotyping, I replied unfortunately I have to pay.....I think she could do with a bit of training ?

I appreciate that the store can only open on a restricted basis at the moment due to the Pandemic but it would be nice to know when exactly that is. I've even contacted the local surgery to find out from them and they don't even know. Talk about poor communication. The world doesn't stop because of this situation people have other health issues that need to be dealt with and supported likewise!..

Very helpful staff and good range of products for a village pharmacy. Relatively fast service for how busy they get. Overall highly recommended.
