Absolute joke, waited to see a member of staff and people can just walk in the store and be seen to first. And then whilst waiting at the till to have a member of staff see us and say to another member of staff to see to someone else who just walked in this is just genuinely poor service

Went into this shop today and was very disappointed at the service. We some how managed to get served by someone who clearly didn't want to serve us and was not in the least helpful or pleasant. I think you need to review your customer service. Certainly won't being going in there again.

Really disappointed, arrived in store after ordering online, then I arrived at store to be told that one of my items was not in stock ( a charm ) but the bangle was......Luckily I spotted one of the charms I needed on display and the store assistant offered that to me.All in all this was very disappointing!!

Been in today with my mum to buy her a ring for her birthday. Ended up buying a bracelet and earrings for my wedding next year. The woman who served us was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for all the help. Back soon to get a necklace to finish the set off.
