I had booked a table and when we arrived they had no record of it! Wrong order delivered to our table. The food is when it came was tasty. The decor is very tired and everywhere looked grubby.

Usually, i like a nandos.However. When i tried to go tonight with a party of 5, we watched as the waitress charlotte, seated a couple on a booth even though there was a table of two available meaning we couldn?t be seated and then proceeded to tell us that there was nothing they could do instead of kindly asking the couple to move to an appropriate seat. Good food, shame about the service.

Usually really nice, love a Nando?s however one meal has put me off for a while, food was dry, burnt and no flavour even tho I ordered medium spice. Garlic bread is always burnt, struggled to eat the chicken. Chips were barely peri salted and only got about 3 spoon fulls of burnt, dry rice. Very disappointing when you get 1 bad meal and spend £40 on it.

My partner and I had dinner at Nando?s Chesterfield tonight. Food was amazing, we didn?t wait long at all. Service was amazing as well, we had Charlotte who showed us and explained where everything is and how it works. Really appreciated that, thank you.
All in all, a great restaurant choice.
A lot of parking as well, which is always handy.
We will come again.
Parking: Free and plenty spaces right by the restaurant.

We had a great evening, very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. All of our meals were great. Good wine too. Would definitely recommend this place.

Really busy on a Friday night, but we were sat straight away. You can order at table by app or at the counter. Very friendly. The food is what you get at Nando's, which we haven't been to for years, bit now we think we'll go back as it's good for the type/standard it aims for & we enjoyed it!
Vegetarian options: There aren't many options, but there's a choice! I had the halloumi & mushroom pitta, which was fab.

Last night me and my friends went out for dinner, two of them having travelled up from Cornwall to see the rest of us, we fancied some Nando?s, like most normal people, we decided to head over and see what tables availability was. As we walked in we followed through a couple in front of us, who even held the door open for us as we were that close. We saw how busy it was but saw a couple of 2 seater tables and a big booth. Now anyone in their sane mind would seat the couple at a table for 2 and the large group in a booth? surely? Well not charlotte, they decided to seat the couple into a booth. They then returned and said there wasn?t any table available and we?d have to wait 20 minuets for a table, when we asked if they could move the couple over they insisted there was nothing they could do and that we would have to wait, even though the couple hadn?t even opened a menu yet. We then left deciding to take our business but as we left a group of 8-10 people walked in, and got seated straight away, now I didn?t think Nando?s does table reservation so either charlotte had reserved a table for them or didn?t want to seat us? either way I won?t be taking my business to chesterfield Nando?s again

My wife has a slight gluten intolerance and said so when the waitress asked about allergies. Stupid mistake. We then were barred from ordering on the app and the waitress wouldn?t relent when we insisted it was a mistake and we were hungry and please could we just order on the app, which would have been easier. All in all an evening nearly derailed by a weirdly dogmatic waitress.
Apart from that food was the same as usual.

Horrible customer service even though it wasn?t that busy 40 minutes wait, I asked for my money back did get it back at least and as im leaving the worker at the till tells me your food is ready. This is a joke

Food tasted ok-ish, but portions half of what I remember, their half chicken was the size of a scrawny city pigeon, and as for presentation may as well have been the said pigeon, or some other roadkill.
Staff mainly pleasant again -ish. They did not really want to be there. Was 9pm and they wanted to go home.
The crispy skin was actually a soggy membrane at best.
Prices were for both quantity and quality were ridiculously high. It was basically KFC with a pretentious attitude.
Not somewhere to actually see as an option unless there is a zombie apocalypse and even then, doubt you would survive long on the fodder in the fridges, but on the plus side no zombie worth its salt would seek food there.

They need more staff on a Saturday night, or a way to limit how many collection orders. Other than that the food is always excellent
