My first visit to this opticians and I have to admit that it was a positive one the staff are really friendly and welcoming the eye exam was really thorough and the technician explained everything to me and answered my questions and at no point did I ever feel rushed after my eye exam I was taken to chose new glasses and met another friendly staff member who helped me choose suitable glasses again in a very friendly relaxed atmosphere the whole process was a very pleasant one and the staff couldn't have been more helpful thank you all for all the help and also the friendly welcoming.I called into the opticians today as I was having a problem with one of my eyes the staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or welcoming I received clear and caring help and advice. I'm glad I found these opticians when I did and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent opticians - professional, friendly and very thorough eye examinations backed up with state of the art technology for detecting eye health problems. The dispensing is first class too - Dawn's expertise and knowledge is exceptional, from the essentials of ensuring the right sort of lens for our individual needs through to choosing the right colour & shape and comfortable fitting frames. Very welcoming reception staff too. The whole team are helpful, patient, reliable and caring. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend.

Changed to this options this year, just been in for new glasses the service was great. Have worn the same style for years, was advised by Dawn to look at a different shape lense because of strong prescription, great advice great service, best glasses ever owned.

The staff are both friendly and helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have health issues and have had to cancel appointments at short notice and they are very understanding.The optician did a good job of checking my eyesight in a friendly and relaxing manner. The lady who helps select and fit the frames is the best I've ever met in 60 years of wearing spectacles and using different opticians, she goes "Above and beyond" in her efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and in a very friendly way. It takes time but no sore ears or slippy specs one is forever having to push back in place. That's got to be worth a little more time than you'd spend in the average high street chain store, where you have to keep going back anyway to have adjustments made to try and rectify poorly fitting specs.

I?ve been a customer here for over 20 years and never had a single complaint in all that time. The staff are wonderful and give you 100% attention all the time. I have been to other opticians but have always come back here. I woul recommend anyone to come here 1000%!
