Ordered 2 full breakfasts for £12 and got charged £14 told the lady at the till and she called someone to check why.
The breakfast was sufficient but the customer service was really poor
Noone came back to us or offered the ££2 over payment back and when we got up the lady on the till scuttled in to the kitchen.
Very dissatisfied not about the money but the rubbish service that said we won't be back.

I love shopping here. I can always get what I want and the prices are good. Disabled spaces are always available and self-serve and main bank tills are available. Well done Team Morrisons.

Genuinely has to be the worst supermarket I've ever been to. Stock seems to never be on sale, regards of the time of day. There is always rubbish and dirt everywhere. The staff are all incredibly rude. You could wait at a self service checkout until the end of time, and still receive no help. Certainly do not ask for a carrier bag, as the staff will act like you've just kicked their cat. The manager of this store should be ashamed to run such a ship wreck.

Morrisons Chesterfield - where do I start?
I've been going here for around 5 years, it's my local and it just about serves its purpose... until the last year or so.
Availability - dreadful. Sandwiches are minimal, just the basics available. Morrisons actually come out with some decent meal deal options, but its never in stock. Ready meals they might as well not bother with, very rarely have options. Today, less than half of the shelves were filled.
Freezers - these can go months not working. Availability can be hit and miss too. I've bought items several times which have clearly been defrosted and refrozen, complained and they said there were no problems. Went in the next day and the frozen chicken was soft and defrosted, whilst in the actual freezer section. Unreal.
Security - now you feel like a criminal shopping here. Cameras on every self checkout so you can watch yourself not steal anything. Heaven forbid you want a bag, it's easier to do a freedom of information request. Now the alcohol section is all glassed up and you have to call a member of staff to open it (of course they're never available).
Staff - great staff, lovely ladies on checkouts.
What does Morrisons offer to UK customers? It's one of the more expensive supermarkets but its quality is one of the poorest. Strange place to be in. Good luck.

Cafe had no hot water for tea/fruit tea. Would be less of an issue if you haven't queued for 10 mins and they haven't put a notice up to say so!

Regularly visit Morrisons and have done so for many years. Along with a range of other supermarket convenience stores and independent food shops. I give the fabulous fish counter 4 stars. And always find Staff to be helpful and approachable. However, unfortunately, ive found overall standards have become variable over the last year or so. For example, fresh food refrigerators often seem to be leaking causing excessive water pooling on the floor, with heavily water sodden mats used in often unsuccessful attempts, to soak up the excess. Not a pleasant experience to walk through and potentially unsafe. Sell by dates are not always adhered to. The worst being a carton of fresh oatmilk I purchased yesterday, to find it was almost 2 weeks past its sell by date!! Staff were apologetic and quickly rectified this when I returned the milk. But this really shouldn't be happening in the first place. I hope my comments are received constructively, as intended.
