Serena is very unprofessional and needed to keep going to the reception area as no receptionist whilst putting glue on my eyes and taking three and a half hours with waxing aswell when commenting about this I have now been told to go somewhere else if im not happy by the owner Lynette so I won’t be going backI always... read full comment
