Stopped here to use the Instavolt EV chargers. Pity they're squeezed into a tight corner right by where the Drive Thru exits!! Really awkward reversing into position and being glared at by people trying to leave.

Ordered food at 16:00h, given a delivery time of 16:35h, delivery time kept rising up until 17:20h, I rang them, they explained they had 5 other orders waiting? no available drivers, waiting for over an hour for my food. Unpleased and very disappointed from McDonalds!

The worst McDonald ever don?t go there !!! Waited 20 minutes for some nuggets and there was nobody even inside and it was 10pm at night and nobody else in the drive through and still took forever. Coke was flatter then a pancake not one bit of ice in it probably because one of the workers was just standing there making drinks for no reason and leaving them on the side to go warm and flat as I watched my drink jjst sit there for 15 mins because they gave it to me . Don?t waste your time going there just go to Wendy?s next door. absolutely terrible

Standard fast food offer. Gluten-free options appalling though, and fries soggy. Has two Instavolt EV chargers, but both are in a difficult to access part of the car park when it's busy.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options, other than the fries and the veggie fingers. To get a 'gluten-free' burger you have to order a burger 'without the bun'? And they don't even give you cutlery to eat it with, unless you ask for it. Considering that you can get gluten free burger buns in Macdonald's in Spain, the UK offer is crap.
Parking: Two difficult to access EV charger spaces.

Never been in, and I have no complaints about the service or food. Compared to some McDs it's a pretty decent place to pull in for a quick stop, both locally and commuting on the M1.

Ordered 4 meals through the drive through when we got home we found we was missing a burger, rang Barlborough macdonalds to be told we'll you will have to drive back and get it not helpful at all went all the way back no apology nothing so buy the time we got back the rest of the food was cold, all I can say is you better up your game as you will have competition soon with Wendy's arriving next door
