McNana is the reason for the 5 stars. Even if the food was terrible, you would still get 5 stars specifically for McNana. She also goes out of her way to make sure they are no mess ups.

Best McDonald's I have been to in a while my food is always fast, hot and delicious. Sure some days it's may take maybe a minute or two for my food but that's when it's rather busy, overall would go again.

The food is like McDonald's. They have few shares, as for me. For the review I received a promotional code, which, in the end, did not work. But this is not specifically for this establishment. The touch pad of self-service monitors does not work well. Sometimes they forget to put the sauce and fork, but these are minor things. The staff is always pleasant. The establishment is clean, the restrooms are also in good condition. It?s not very convenient that when you leave the restroom, you have to grab the handle and pull it towards you, so you wash your hands in vain.

Dietary restrictions: Allergen leaflet is available and updated regularly. It can be a bit tiresome to look at but anyone with a restricted diet has to get used to this. Use your judgement but in the case of gluten free McDonald's UK is still behind Europe.
Parking: You have to trip all the way around the cinema building to get to the car park and drive through which is annoying.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids meal options and kids entertainment

Had a double sausage and egg mcmuffin. Or should I call it a grease and oily mcmuffin. Absolutely shocking. Didn't get chance to take back either as was on Motorway when opened. Worst McDonald's ever!
