Throughly disappointing would really not recommend!Went on a groupon deal (charged a £5 supplement at the checkout which i hadn't been told about previously) if the deal was why I didn't receive the cut i asked for shame on them!! Terrible experience from start to finishUpdate: I asked for the manager as the stylist told me you didn't do perms when the receptionist I booked with said you did.I also told the stylist I wanted a restyled not a trim which is all I got and told her so at the time... she didn't attempt to rectify it as the comment refers to below

Purchased a groupon voucher for, wash, condition, cut and blow dry, when I arrived l was told there was now an extra charge of £5 to cover the cost of the salon PPE... That's the staffs visors , extra cleaning etc I was told, I am not happy this is not mentioned on Groupon, not on the voucher or in the small print....the hairdresser was very nice and chatty, The cut was OK, apart from a sweeping fringe turned into a chopped straight fringe, won't return, reported the extra charge to groupon.. As people should be made aware at time of purchasin online. , not at the shop when your sat in your gown waiting to have your hair washed.Service: Hairstyling

Absolutely disgusted with this company I drove 45 minutes to my appointment to be advised they were going to charge me an extra £20 to do my cut and colour my hair isnt extremely thick and just below my neck. Then advised they didn't have enough of any colour in stock to do my hair. Rudely and abruptly advised there was nothing they could do. Unprofessional avoid at all costs. Its a money making scam they will add on the £££ once u arrive.
