Unresponsive Chase Chase ChaseNice Hacker kitchen but lots and lots of snagging issues and despite many chases I?m still waiting for some issues to be resolved over a year later. I informed Kitchen Craft a while back that I would post a bad review if they didn?t pull their socks up and sort it. They haven?t and I?m still constantly chasing with limited responses, so here it is. Combined this has literally taken up weeks and weeks of my own time. It shouldn?t be this difficult. Avoid if you value your own time.

Terrible company to deal with and avoid at all costs. We ordered a Neff hob for £1,700 to be delivered within 3-5 days. I had to chase on several occasions and was finally told that they had no stock (despite advertising as 'in stock') and would have to refund us. This has left us in a very difficult situation as our kitchen is due to be fitted on Monday and we will now miss our worktop appointment and are now left with no kitchen for Xmas!!

Can?t speak highly enough of the kitchen craft team especially Leanne who was our designer. Always found a way around any problem, was always on hand to help and nothing was ever impossible! Thanks so much for an amazing kitchen experience!

Kitchen Craft have just completed my new kitchen and it is quite simply stunning! From the moment the process was started by Sophie Sheppard I was blown away with the attention to detail and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. Sophie ensured everything on my wish list was accommodated and the completed design was better than I could have ever imagined. From that point forwards Sophie put me in touch with Gary Middleton who ensured the old kitchen rip out was completed with as little mess as possible and all the first fix elements were all done as required. At that point Ashley Hall arrived, the kitchen fitter, who we had asked for through a recommendation from a friend. What a personality and what attention to detail!! Ash was the perfect person to complete the full installation; he ensured all the items requested were delivered and chased up constantly when a couple of electrical items were later than planned. He ensured we were always kept in the loop and worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly but meticulously as possible. Ash was so easy to talk to and ask questions about the kitchen, he takes massive pride in his work and clearly has a passion for it, which shines through, especially when he unveils the progress made each day. It was a pleasure to see him create the kitchen, he has a great energy and sense of humour and what has been produced is amazing ? I?ve added before and after photos to try and show the transformation. Thank you Sophie and Ash ? I?d recommend you (and will) to anyone!!

Dean at Kitchen Craft Design was incredibly helpful and listened to what we wanted for our new kitchen (which was a pleasant change to the service we received at a number of other places who seemed to want to redesign what we knew wanted!).The kitchen is excellent quality, arrived on time and Dean quickly dealt with a couple of issues and extra items required. The price was the most competitive we had quoted and the appliances included were great quality. We were recommended Kitchen Craft Design by a family member who have used them previously, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them anyone wanting a great service and end result.

Get ready. Ash came to us after we were let down by an independent fitter. Imagine the devastation on the day your kitchen begins its fit in your forever home, only for the independent kitchen fitter to walk out less than an hour later. The feeling of gut wrenching dread consumed us and we had absolutely no idea what we was going to do. I phoned Kitchen Craft and after literally no more than 20 minutes of waiting, Robyn phoned me back and had sorted EVERYTHING for us. Not only was she there for the sheer customer support, she went above and beyond. Talking to me, calming me down, reassuring me. When I write it now it seems so silly but when you?re in the thick of it having bought your forever home and trying to build your dream kitchen, it takes hold of your emotions. Especially when you?re let down on the morning of your fit. Robyn also followed up with me, on messages and over the phone. I have never experienced this level of customer service before and quite frankly I don?t think I ever will again. 4 days later this happy, incredibly friendly chap walks through our door. Here?s Ash. Ash instantly fills us with ease and confidence that we had the right man for the job. Not only did he come to our rescue when he didn?t need to (let?s not forget it wasn?t for Kitchen Craft or Ash to put right), but nevertheless he took hold of the position we were in and formed part of our family for the week. He knew exactly what he was doing and still had time for a laugh with us. In the blink of an eye the main part of the kitchen was fitted and the templating for the worktops was booked for the following day thanks to the hard work from Ash and that great customer care from Robyn. Miracle. Each day Ash talked us through what he was going to do, what he?d done and what was left. There was no disappointment, ever. As you would expect a kitchen coming from Germany might get damaged and inevitably one door had the slightest bit of damage which you can?t see unless it was pointed out and right in front of you. Before we even knew about it Ash had been on the phone to Robyn and another door was ordered already. Ash is also coming back to fit that at a later date which he doesn?t have to and might I add he lives an hour away from our house!Each day Robyn checked in on the build, asking for progress pictures and making sure everything was okay. We made some changes to the cut of our waterfall worktop and again Robyn took this on herself and sorted it out with the worktop company and relaying back to Ash to check.For saying just over a week ago we were in a mess and today the kitchen is professionally fitted by an incredibly skilled fitter is beyond belief. I cannot recommend the company enough. From the design by Jess who was phenomenal herself, telling us about things we never knew we needed, giving options, spending endless time walking us through different designs and options. Bringing samples to our house so we could see the true colour in our kitchen light. Then moving onto the customer support from Robyn and the fit by Ash you are truly in the best hands you could wish for. I can?t recommend these guys enough and I could truly continue writing this review all day long. Kitchen Craft you truly have some wonderful people working for you and they deserve to know what a difference to this experience they have made for us. Don?t let them go!Service: Kitchen design

From my first visit to the Chesterfield Kitchen Craft Design showroom through to the completion of the work, nothing was too much trouble for any of the team there. Andy, my designer, was accommodating, patient and professional. He guided me through what, for me, was difficult, and we ended up with an excellent design which I?m thrilled with. So bright, fresh looking and practical too. The fitters were great to have around and worked hard to get everything right. Thank you to all. I?d definitely recommend this company.

Had 2 kitchens designed and fitted, both really good quality and look amazing.My designer Jade especially stood out, really really helpful and couldn?t do enough to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible for me.

Don't use. It's overpriced for what they have to offer. Service wasn't great. Paint work on cabinets in poor quality. Having lots of problems with the plumbing on the sink due to fitter using poor quality pipe work instead of what was supplied with the sink.Throughout the experience came out with lots of problems and excuses due to inexperienced designer. Counter tops are not finished properly which I spoke about but they argued they were.

Our kitchen is amazing. I want to say thank you to Sophie for designing it exactly how we wanted. It's turned out even better than expected! We had a few issues and delays due to snow and a broken sink but Robyn really helped us out and kept us informed of when a new one would be sent out to us. And Ash Hall our kitchen fitter was amazing. His attention to detail on everything was brilliant. Worked late nights to get it finished and nothing was too much trouble. He's a credit to Kitchen craft! Thanks again to all ? Before and after pictures of the kitchen to show the amazing transformation.

Used Kitchen Craft Design to supply some Neff appliances. They supplied us the appliances at a price better than anyone else could, and actually have appliances physically in stock (unlike anyone else) Jade and Will were great and so knowledgeable on all the products they offer. Wouldn't use anyone else to supply Neff appliances or kitchen products in future.

Beautiful kitchen, expertly designed, delivered and fitted by Kitchen CraftFrom start to finish, a truly professional jobJess, the Worksop manager & kitchen designer, came out to measure & draw up a new design based on my personal requests. After a few tweaks for colour & finishes I had the perfect plan.It was delivered on time and fitted by Ash & Rob (Worksop?s Ant & Dec) two outstanding fitters. I was kept up to date with progress every step of the way. A huge thank you to Dean and the wonderful Kitchen Craft team for our fabulous new kitchen. From the initial design phase by Dean at Kitchen Craft Chesterfield, through to construction, Kitchen Craft could not have been more attentive. Dean truly provided us with a kitchen beyond our wildest dreams and accommodated all of our requirements at every stage of the process, whilst the fitters, Rob and Ash, are absolutely first rate craftsmen and ensured that our beautiful kitchen was fitted to the highest standard imaginable. The outstanding level of service and the superior product quality make Kitchen Craft stand out far beyond all others and we have recommended them far and wide. We can honestly say that we have gained so much more than a wow-factor new kitchen, it has completely transformed the way in which we live and use the space in our home.
