Never again. Miserable 2 blokes that came. Tried to chat with them when they arrived but obviously not interested. Left me with 2 doors rubbing massively on the carpet and didn't even offer to help move my bed into position or the mattress. I am a slight lady and really struggled on my own. Disgusting. Wish I'd never picked them for the job.Will go back to Nutts at Clay Cross next time!!!

Very disappointed with the fitters. They left a mess everywhere, the door wouldnt shut, they left in a huury and didnt tell us about theproblem. Door strip was poorly fitted.

First time using king carpets. picking the flooring was easy the staff In the shop was friendly and the price was great value. Unfortunately won?t be using them again as they originally booked in for 930 in the morning then changed the time the day before to 12. I managed to change my schedule around no problem only then they did not arrive until 1pm, after ringing the shop to chase up what was happening the fitters arrived and had a attitude I imagine because I called the shop. All I can say is not a good look on the company.

Very recently had some great quality carpets fitted by Craig and I must commend him on how professional and friendly he is! Nothing was to much trouble for him. He was very respectful with regards to covid regulations etc too! What a credit to the company! Colour and quality of the carpets are superb, I would absolutely make future purchases and I would highly recommend!!
