After reading other customers? experiences, I?m honestly not surprised by what I saw today. This place is going downhill fast, especially with the unhelpful staff currently working there.
First off, it?s cash only at the till. If you?re paying by card, you have to use the machine, which is fine?until you realize the machine doesn?t accept discounts, like my Blue Light card.
To top it off, I made a small mistake with my order and tried to correct it. When I asked the manager for help, she flat-out refused and said I had to stick with what I ordered even though it was literally few seconds after I ordered . So now I?m left regretting two decisions: my order and coming to this KFC in the first place.
Honestly, guys, it?s not worth the hassle.Iam not ordering from this place again and would not recommend anyone to go there. Aldi got a breaded chicken for fraction of the price of your soggy chicken.

Went today ordered the 4 piece meal got home there was only 3 pieces which were the smallest pieces of chicken. It was if one of your members of staff had done this deliberately, as what I got was an absolute joke.

We had a party bucket. Too many pieces were just drumsticks - all but 2 but we didn't bother complaining. Background music was not to my liking although not so loud as to be bothersome. Took quite a while to get served about 5 mins which I would expect to be quicker given it was very quiet at the time and what is going on with the payment gadgets ??? They are ok if you get away with a quick wireless tap and pay but once card has to be inserted for a pint verify for somebody who is 6'4'' I felt like I needed to be on my knees to use it.

Kieran served us and he had absolutely impeccable manners and the service from him was 10/10. Incredible. It was fast and correct. And when I asked I found that the manager Josh was on and he did really well by making sure everything was clean and our food was available and hot. Lovely stuff

16th September 2024 10pm Staff. Went round the drive thru and asked for 2 separate orders. The lady on the drive thru said no, I asked if there was any possible way as I?ve always asked for 2 separate orders and no where has ever said no. She proceed to tell me she cannot do it and there was nothing else she could do. I asked if it was a new policy as I came earlier last week and they happily did it. She said it wasn?t a policy. She then disappeared from the headset for a bit and when she came back she said ?what can I get for you?. I asked if I was able to do the 2 separate orders and she rudely said yes. Once we got our food we realised they had ignored when we asked for certain things to be taken off and shoved my friends gravy mega box meal into the smallest box they had. There was no possible way to move anything without getting grease all over my car which I didn?t want. I went back round the drive thru and asked if they could sort it and they told me they had no bigger boxes to put it into. A minute later they had got a bigger box ( the box it was meant to come in) off the side like usual. One employee turned to look at us and rolled her eyes and shook her head at us. There overall attitude was awful and disappointing to say we were the only car in the whole drive thru and we had no problem waiting a few extra minutes for them to make it right the first time. Tried to ring up after to make a complaint and no one answered the phone as expected.
