When I order for delivery it always comes from this branch I have never received all the items I've ordered. I then have to apply for a partial refund and wait to get my money back. I keep coming back because I love kfc. I'd just like them to take a bit more care with customer not present transactions considering the prices they charge.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service Experience.
I visited this KFC recently and was disgusted, appalled, and deeply upset by the behavior of one of the workers, named Abbie. Not only did she treat me with rude and dismissive behavior, but I also witnessed her act in the same manner toward another customer. She went so far as to laugh blatantly and make derogatory comments toward them, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.
When the other customer expressed that Abbie was being offensive and making them uncomfortable, Abbie responded by laughing even louder directly in their face. The customer then asked to speak with the manager, Jeanie, who refused to come out from the back to address the situation.
It is incredibly frustrating to see such disregard for basic courtesy, especially at a well-known chain like KFC. Politeness and professionalism are basic expectations in customer service, yet they were completely absent here. This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, and I will think twice before visiting this location again.
I sincerely hope KFC takes feedback like this seriously and works to improve how their staff interact with customers. Abbie?s behavior was appalling, and someone with such a lack of respect and professionalism should not be working in customer service or at this establishment. The experience was so upsetting that I couldn?t even stomach the food I had paid for.
Absolutely disgusting?serious action needs to be taken to address this matter.

Poor, disinterested service leading to discovery of wrong order with missing items ( furious about this ) . Not the first time either. Shame as chicken not bad . Have rang but negative response.

Awful fries that were freshly cooked !!!!!! Cold limp awful, the chicken was so dry, very disappointed, then the staff looked at me as though what brings you in at this time, 15 mins before closing, will not be repeating this !!!!!!!

I ordered some chicken and Hot Wings from this establishment and after 5 minutes waiting to pay, they took my order. 5 minutes later, I heard one employee say to another that there was no chicken. It then took another 5 minutes again before I was told I'd have to wait for chicken. I asked how long and was told they hadn't even put it in to cook yet. So I left with no food and 21.99 out of pocket.
This establishment is a joke, staff stood around doing nothing, people being offered refunds and free food if they waited. There was no organisation and the staff appeared untrained.
I will never return and recommend no one else does. What a frustrating experience. I hope the staff are replaced soon

This isn't like the usual KFC, it's more setup like a fish and chip shop. Very small no tables. The place seems mainly functioning on deliveries and the order board is always full of them. So if you're a guest off the street you're waiting ages behind all the lazy people that can't be bothered to leave the house.
I ordered a 3 piece on the bone meal with chips and a gravy instead of a drink. I was given 2 small legs and a tiny piece of something that I'm not quite sure what it was, wing maybe, it was half the size of the already tiny leg.
The girl that served me was really quite charming though, she and her Co worker at the counter very very busy. She upgraded me to a large everything for the wait, large everything apart from tiny soulless chicken.

Ordered on Uber Eats 40 mins before closing. The order was accepted and the app showed driver was waiting outside
to pickup. However shortly after their closing time, I got a message from Uber to say driver had a problem collecting the order and the order was cancelled. Really poor service. Should have just declined order in the first place instead of cancelling order 45 minutes after accepting it.
