Excellent service from this depot. Nick and driver's Billy & Jack who delivered the tower and materials were all polite and professional, with respect an absolute breath of fresh air. They are all a credit to Jewson's and it's great when you deal with people who obviously enjoy their jobs and do it with a smile.

After speaking with several time-wasters claiming to be builders, I've decided to build my own brick step. The guys at Jewsons were really welcoming and didn't once make me feel like a clueless novice. Lee help me pin down the right bricks from their large selection, explaining the different types, and patiently answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier.

Very poor customer service.No accountability, incompetent and generally negligent.Chatty staff that will leave you hanging at the desk for however long they feel.

Oh dear was going to be a positive review , but someone has just asked me for my phone number , thanked me ignorantly then hung up the phone ! No customer care anywhere it seems nowadays they have over 200 pound of my customers money for materials they are getting in today I have been told , for the 3rd time since yesterday morning , quick question to the public would you spend money here ?

Went to the depot to enquire about hiring a wood chipper.Left my details and staff said someone would ring me, they didn?t. Rang to remind them 2 days later was told someone would ring me by the end of the day, they didn?t.As usual customer service diabolical, they won?t be having my custom even if they do ring back.
