The financial side of this organisation is wholly inefficient. I have my newspapers supplied daily by a local newsagent. I have a monthly direct debit in place. Recently this organisation failed to take those direct debits for 4 consecutive months and then took over £120 from my account in one payment. I understand that several other customers at the shop had exactly the same experience with some being charged over £300. I contacted James retail, as the organisation responsible for dealing with accounts, who promised to get in touch but didn't. Clearly they have as much understanding of customer service as they do of monthly direct debits!!!!!
