Insight has a particularly good range of modern, flattering frames. The sales assistant gave very good advice and Mr Patel took great care with the eye measurements, so my new frames fit perfectly. I?m really thrilled with my new specs as I?d been looking for the right pair for some time.

Amazing opticians! I am now a university student but I have been with Dr Patel since I was four years old. Brilliant staff and thorough eye examinations. Dr Patel has dealt with my cornea abrasion, and many more problems more than effectively. I couldn?t recommend this opticians anymore!!

Louise greets you with a warm welcome when you arrive, and the service provided is higher than any other optician I have been to in Chesterfield. You receive a very thorough eye examination, and every process is explained clearly throughout. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend giving them a try.

What a breath of fresh air.Such a thorough test and a wonderful experience using an independent optician.Insight from first contact have been exemplary.Such a thorough eye test, nothing like eye tests I have had at the brand high street opticians. Most thorough sight test I have ever had and after I had chosen my frames Mr. Patel did all the measurements himself. All the staff are helpful and friendly and I even received an 'after care' call to make sure everything was okay. Never had that from an optician before. Have already recommended Insight Opticians to members of my familly.

I am very happy to recommend Insight Opticians to anyone wanting a thorough, relaxed and insightful eye examination. It is a business that deserves to grow and succeed. Just don't push people on buying your glasses - none of us is made of money, and anyone with half a brain will realise your desire to establish your business - I got it loud and clear. Just remember that customers come to you to get their eye health established, first and foremost, not to be made to feel guilty about where they choose to purchase their glasses from. At the end of the day, your financial needs don't belong to the customer.

When my wife and I needed new glasses friends and family reccomended Insight Opticians and may I say the recommendations were justified, The staff were very professional, welcoming and very accommodating, The service offered by Mr Patel was exeptional, a thorough screening process was undertaken with Mr Patel taking precious time to explain the testing process and fine tuning our vision to squeeze the absolute best out of our eyes.
