Recently used Ideal Flooring to fit three bedroom carpets. The staff were professional and friendly, working around our decorators timetable. The carpets are excellent quality and look superb. I would highly recommend using this company.

I waited nearly 5 weeks from start to finish a Job the boss decided to go on his holiday when he promised me that they'd do the job within one week and it's still not finished I've been waiting from the 5th September so before you order from them make sure you have a piece of paper for proof the fitters were absolutely brilliant the boss didn't even have the decency to ring and apologies

Went out of their way to get my flooring fitted in new build at very short notice. The fitters were so friendly and did a fantastic job! Absolutely love it!! It?s exactly want I wanted . Special Thankyou to Kev! Would 100 percent recommend!!

Really good firm they do wet room floors as well as normal flooring and carpets. The fitter took his time and did a really smart job. Very pleased.

Absolutely shocking. Show room presence non existent, slumped around in the office, had to fetch them out to answer questions which is all they did. They need to visit their competitors to see what customer service looks like.

For many years I have traded with KC and because they were local I suppose they were OK. Came across Ideal Flooring and these lads we outstanding, nothing was too much trouble their fitting was great, they were polite and got on with the job in hand and have to say I was highly delighted with the results, I now have two bedrooms that look great. I am going back shortly for the hall carpet to be fitted, at these prices it would be rude not to.Thanks Kevin and Callum for everything.I have just had my Hallway done by these lads (07/07/2021) and to say I'm impressed would be an understatement, they fitted me Laminate flooring and their attention to detail was outstanding. I did consider carpet but it gets a lot of traffic so I plumped for their Laminate flooring and can't believe the transformation, oh and the price was excellent these people deserve all the accolades they get.Thanks for another brilliant fit.Best regardsRoy
