Came into store today 3/10/23 massive queue, one till open, the poor girl on the checkout must have rang the bell 8 times, I went to John filling the freezer and said is everyone just ignoring her ringing the bell. He then came to the checkout slammed the shopping separator down and continued with his bad attitude towards customers not to mention biting his finger nails whilst handling customers items and money, will continue to use the clay cross store in future

Had everything, and more, that I was looking for. Huge selections of frozen foods aswell as the usual daily groceries.Staff friendly and polite.Free home delivery if you are an Iceland bonus card holder ?

It's not as cheap as they make out.There are no signs above the Isles of where items are in general. So you have to walk up and down the Isles, like being in the airport. Just in case you missed that pack of lean mince, with 20% fat in it.
