Cheap and clean, except the car park.

Very acceptale for a budget hotel. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very friendly. There is a Harvester - the 'Treble Bob' just across the car park which was great for a beer, an evening meal and breakfast also. There is a Wendys and a McDonalds a short walk away too if that's what you prefer. Plenty of free parking although spaces were on the tight side. On the whole, excellent value and would stay here again if I needed a bed for the night in the area.

Bad mattress

It was difficult to park as I arrived in darkness the lighting was poor spaces were tight. not easy to book in noisy reception area,
room was not so clean floor tile in bathroom were broken and cracked carpet was dusty and not at all clean we were very tired if it was not so late I would not have stayed the night. Then as if it could not get worse the toilet wouldn't flush and the water ran all night. It was the worst place I ever stayed

2 nights of hell with guests screaming fighting throwing chairs helping themselves to alcohol from the bar police were called security had to stay all night

Very good value for money. Well equipped and clean. Lights didn't work in my room which wasn't an issue with light evenings and early mornings. Otherwise faultless

Nice hotel, clean and tidy, only problem i had was curtains fell off of the rail, the sellotape shopper that someone had put in place just didn't do the job !!

Terrible hotel avoid at all costs!!!! Me and my 9 year old son stayed here in February this year and had an awful experience!! Someone was violently attacked in the room above us in the early hours of the morning so it kept us up for most of the night! A wrote to the manager of the hotel and said a full refund would be approved but then they refused to pay me the refund after waiting for over 2 months! So my advice to anyone reading this do not use this hotel!!! Many things wrong inside the hotel itself too! Better off staying close into chesterfield!!
