Called in today to buy some collagen tablets, but didn't have a clue really what I wanted. Alex asked if we needed any help when we entered the shop. Got to say his knowledge of products was outstanding, well done H&B for training your staff so efficiently. Alex helped discuss all options & answered any questions I had. I did go in with the intention of about a £40 spend, but due to how good Alex was & not feeling rushed or that I was useless as really didn't have a clue which products I needed, just knew what I wanted them to do. Spent over £100, but ended up saving another £45 due the offers they had on. Thanks again.

Disgraceful service from the 'Supervisor', despite her reporting she had over 20 years service in the role, she was completely unaware of H & B discount for NHS staff. She was rude, arrogant and aggressive, I will never shop there again! So much for supporting local town centre businesses, online for me in future.

Brilliant shop, great products and the staff are absolutely great, big shout out to Judith and the 2 lads that have worked there for a number of years.Judith always has a smile and is always there to help and advise.I wouldn't go anywhere else.Keep the good work up team, would have given 10 stars if I could.
