Decent sized shop. A bit of everything there. Staff very knowledgeable on their products and offers. They do do some good offers at times. You just need to check the website for when they are on. Prices are usually competitive but you need to check on the internet.
Always worth a good nosey round, whatever your crafting preferences are.

It's ok, not as nice as when it first opened. Feels a little run down now and the lift needs a really good clean!
The variety of basics for crafting, and for kids, is good, but when you need something a little more specialised I'd go elsewhere on-line, such as with fabric for dressmaking (lots of fabric for crafting).
There has been a reduction in staff too. They are all still very lovely, but a noticeable reduction.

This is our local crafts shop so we would go regardless of the atmosphere and staff, the fact that the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is peaceful is just an added bonus. Every time we go to the store the staff are always happy to help and have given us some really useful advice and tips and tricks. I love visiting even if I've not got a project in the works or something I want to start. It's well stocked so it's a great place to visit if you need something or if you just want to browse.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish.
I phoned them regarding a item, with it being the last one the lady I spoke to offered to put the item to one side to collect later.
When I collect the item the lady at the till was very pleasant.
This store needs more than five ? for customer service.
