I have worked for this company about a year now and all I can said is that every team member and management are there to give our customers and each member of staff everything they have to offer and more. I've worked in care for 15 years in care homes with different disabilities and said I would never work in the community but it's the best thing I did and I enjoy making a difference in people's life's and to see how happy people are to be able to stay in there homes. Thankyou to all helping hands staff for making me welcome joining the Amazing team. Also thankyou to Mandy and Lesley for the guidance and help you've both given to me these past few months. Keep smiling and doing good for others.

After months infact years of shocking Care in our community from both Council Care to Private we finally found Helping Hands for my 89yr old mum?. Wow!!!! They are just AMAZING!!!! They are the kindest most caring ladies with our mum! Nothing is too much trouble? What ever she asks they deliver. In the past other Care have point blank refused to maybe peg abit of washing out, make a cuppa and slice of toast ? because we are only here to shower you?!!!!! Appalling!!!They are lead by an amazing management team who reply to messages etc immediatelyMandy is just fab!! Definitely leading by example!!!! Nothing is too much trouble for her and we as a family are very grateful to her and her fab team!! Please consider this Care if like us you have failed to find such in the past? Our loved ones deserve this kind of care and support ??

5 stars isn?t enough, if it was 10 stars I would give the company 12, my carers kindness and generosity of spirit go far beyond there job description, I look upon my carers as genuine friends because they have given me genuine friendship in return, when I first had helping hands as my carers from a previous company, I had gone down hill because of there lack of care and attention but now I am healthier in mind and body than I have been for years. The management team can?t do enough for me to make my life easier and keep in regular touch with me to make sure that I am alright and I feel that they have also become friends too!

The best care company in Derbyshire i'd argue. and the carers themselves are absaloute angels. Kind, sweet and friendly they are really motivated by a love for what they do and a concern for the persons wellbeing, unlike other companies i've encountered.Contacting this company was the best decision me and my family ever made.I only wish we had contacted them sooner.

Since working with helping hands I have been showered in kindness. The company goes the extra mile and are a pleasure to work for. The customers are all amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The manager gets stuck in when needed and everyone works together as a team. The individual care they deliver is person centred and takes into account the needs and likes of the customers. Helping hands is truly a company that cares. I would definitely recommend the service they provide.

What can I say, I have worked for helping hands now for 4 months and can honestly say what an amazing company and team I work with. The compassion, kindness and outstanding care given to our customers is second to one. I get up in a morning and cannot wait to see what the day brings, it?s an absolute pleasure to go to work. Our customers are our family and are treated as such, no rushing about just providing care, kindness and companionship to all we visit. I can honestly say I do not see it as going to work, I see it as going to meet extended family. Everyone should be treated as they expect to be treated themselves and the values of helping hands upholds this.

I started working with helping hands of April 2021, I have worked with many different care company?s in the past. However I have never worked with a company that is so caring and kindness really is the motto of the business. There is always someone at hand to offer help and advice if you need it. I have been thinking about starting a career in the caring sector for a while now but wasn't sure this was the route I wanted to take. Mandy has kindly given me the chance to do some work experience in her Chesterfield branch and I have absolutely loved my time there. Helping Hands provide excellent at home care for my 93 year old Mum. Her main carer, Elsabe is totally brilliant and I am so grateful for the care she provides. Communication is very good and I am happy we are working together to make life more comfortable for Mum.
