“Called in today to buy some collagen tablets, but didn't have a clue really what I wanted. Alex asked if we needed any help when we entered the shop. Got to say his knowledge of products was outstanding, well done H&B for training your staff so efficiently. Alex helped discuss all options & answered any questions I had. I did go in with the intention of about a £40 spend, but due to how good Alex was & not feeling rushed or that I was useless as really didn't have a clue which products I needed, just knew what I wanted them to do. Spent over £100, but ended up saving another £45 due the offers they had on. Thanks again.”

Decent selection of sandwiches, all freshly made, scone with jam & cream and then a few cakes. Ash was great, kept topping our drinks up & checking to see if everything was ok!
