was in and out within 30-40 minutes, thought i just needed a brake light changing but my reverse and night lights were burning out too, they let me know, showed me and switch them out right there on the spot, couldn?t ask for anything more

It was an excellent experience where we arrived, late for our time slot due to traffic, but this was not an issue as the staff got straight onto it and started fitting our roof box and bars. They explained the process so that we can take the box off ourselves when we get back from our holiday. Another excellent experience at Chesterfield Halfords. Thank you.

Had a reverse camera fitted by James. Can't fault the guy at all. The electrics in my car threw a couple of spanners in the mix, but James patiently sorted them and is a credit to Halfords

Would have given 5 stars purely on previously experiences with matt and Chris, very helpful and friendly guys,
However the young girl on the till this morning was Not. Didn't see a name but has brown curly hair n glasses about 20 Yr old, talk about down right awkward over the simplest request that the other staff have been happy to oblige with, this person has really let the store down

Just had a free Aircon check and mentioned to the mechanic that I was going to buy a number plate bulb which is a 2 minute job to do but he said he would fetch it for me. He proceeded to swap both bulbs which took him less than a minute. He never mentioned that it was going to cost me £20 for doing so.
I didn't realise I was charged for this as I paid on card and only noticed later when I realised how expensive the bulbs were. Absolute con to add work that was not asked for. Ps chesterfield branch

We went into Halfords in Sheffield Road today. Kev gave us a lot of advice on dash cams as we didn?t know where to start. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to find someone so enthusiastic about their work.
