My hair was really damaged by a previous bleaching incident at another salon and she spent ages listening to me, everything I had done since and then developed a plan with me to help my hair repair and in months to come, start having colour again. I've never felt so listened to, and I've also never had such faith in a stylist! Anna really knew what she was talking about and made me feel so comfortable and knew how nervous I was about going to a salon again. My hair felt and looked amazing when I left and most importantly I built a new trusting relationship with a very talented stylist. I can't wait to go back!”

“I’ve been going to Sarah for many years. I followed her from a previous salon to embellish because such good hairdressers are hard to come by. I love the salon she is at now. The salon I has recently undergone a renovation and looks lovely. The seats are so comfortable to sit in while you are having your hair done. It’s a friendly salon with a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Sarah is so good at her job. I’m fussy about how I have my hair done but Sarah always pays attention to what I want and does it just right. She is a credit to the salon. She is a lovely young lady with a caring nature.
