Exchanged my engagement ring for a larger size at this shop with two extremely helpful members of staff, Chesterfield, where I had been previously told it was the right size despite making my finger sore and difficult to remove.
So appreciative of the service I received today!

My daughter has just had her ears pierced at the Chesterfield H Samuel's. It was lovely the lady explained everything really well and it was very clean. There was also a good selection of earings to choose from.
